10-hr Module. Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences, when practiced together, create a roadmap for health and well being. Fundamental theories and practice of Ayurveda including daily self care practices such as kriyas, nutrition, digestion, balancing the doshas, and cultivating inner fire and vigor will be discussed. This module provides an opportunity for a personal journey within, exploring individual Ayurvedic constitution and creating a lifestyle that leads to inner peace and healing. Homework assignment will be due for certification.

This module is a blend of live/recorded Zoom sessions and live instruction (which will also be offered live stream and recorded for later viewing). Online instruction will be held Thursdays September 29 and October 6 from 5:30 - 7:00pm EST. Live instruction will be at Yoga Source in Richmond on October 15 from 10am - 3pm EST.
