Regulate the mind through movement and reflection. Experience a 2-hour guided journey where we will release physical tension with yoga and myofacial release to open the body, then transition into opening the mind as Diane facilitates a discussion on unraveling limiting beliefs, a guided mindfulness practice to allow for embodiment, and reflection through journaling.
