14 Daily Lessons
Starting October 22, 2022, you'll get a new digital lesson from Diane each day. Each lesson builds on the last to help you access consistent, quality sleep. Plus on Day 14 you'll get to join Diane for a LIVE Sleep Q&A Workshop!
This is the "training" part of the Sleep Training School! Along with each lesson, a new habit will help each day's lesson fully sink in.

HOW DOES THE SLEEP TRAINING SCHOOL WORK?
You'll have a login for an online portal containing all of the training content. Starting October 22, every day I'll send you an email with a link to that day's lesson. Each lesson is delivered as an audio, video, or pdf from me, and I'll guide you step-by-step through each day's practice. The pdf files can be downloaded for saving and printing. You'll need between 2 - 20 minutes for each day's lesson. You'll have access to the content in the portal through November 14, 2022 - giving you plenty of time to complete the training if you need a few extra days. If you miss a day, don't sweat it! You can pick up where you left off and catch up.
WHAT IF I DON''T COMPLETE THE TRAINING IN 14 DAYS? HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS?
After the 14 days of the challenge, you'll have an additional 10 days of access to the content in the portal (through November 14, 2022). Creating new habits takes accountability and commitment. I've created a 14-day container for you to stay consistent on your path - plus an extra 10 days. Consistency is key! Please note that you will no longer have access to the Sleep Training School after November 14.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
The Sleep Training School is non-refundable. The lessons and tools you are about to receive will make a difference in your sleep with a commitment to consistently practicing them.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE THE TRAINING AFTER IT HAS STARTED?
The training begins October 22 and the last day to register is October 27. If you join the challenge between October 22 and 27, you'll immediately get access to the online portal, including that day's lesson and lessons from previous days. You'll start getting emails from me the day after your purchase (you won't be missing out on anything, as all the content is in the online portal). You'll have access to the lessons in the online portal through November 14 if you need a few extra days to finish the challenge.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE THE TRAINING? IS IT ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Soon after you register you'll receive and email with a link to the online portal where you will login for training access.

YES! The Sleep Training School will help you fine-tune your habits and recognize areas for improvement. The practices you learn inside this challenge will help you access consistent healthy sleep improving your energy, performance, and relationships.
CAN I TAKE THE TRAINING WITH MY PARTNER/FAMILY?
Absolutely! This training is a very powerful tool for improving sleep for your partnerships and the whole family! The daily practices are designed for reflecting on personal sleep habits - you may want separate enrollments for personal access to the materials - that's up to you.
