Restorative yoga is a form of active relaxation, a practice of being vs. doing where the body is supported by props to allow for complete physical and mental release and renewal. Designed to counter the demands of daily life

& support the nervous system, RELEASE & RESTORE includes a creative interplay of gentle movements to awaken joint mobility, embodiment of subtle core stability, slow breathing, and poses supported by props and held over time to alleviate tension and foster a tranquil mind.

You'll get a heavy dose of breath work, myofascial release, asana, and yin yoga along with research and educational resources to use when you leave.

Join renowned yoga teacher and Yoga Medicine Instructor Diane Malaspina for a weekend of workshops to give you the experiences and tools you need to revitalize your health and wellness.

This Resilience Retreat will take you through a weekend long journey to help you train your nervous system, revitalize your physiology, shift your mindset, optimize tissue function, and most importantly, give you the tools to continue this work on your own regardless of where you practice.

This workshop series is designed as an urban retreat, offering an opportunity to dive deep and create continuity and community with a group over the weekend.
